We are happy to announce the approval of a new part-time trainer position for Drake High Athletics

8/18/10: The Drake benchwarmers decided in June to invest $25,000 for the funding of a part-time (15 hours/week) athletic trainer.  The position was approved by the TUHSD School Board and the interview process will begin shortly. 

The trainer was made possible through a partnership with UCSF Sports Medecine Program and the UCSF Playsafe Program.  UCSF has partnered with many high schools in San Francisco and with Redwood in marin.  Please visit their website at orthosurg.ucsf.edu/outreach/playsafe to learn more.
