Annual Pancake Breakfast, Sunday November 7th.  Help needed on Saturday and the day of the event.

Crab Feed, Saturday February 6th.  We need help with pre-planning and the day of the event.

We need help with prep and on the day of!

Shifts:

Saturday, November 6thh: 5-7 pm food prep and set-up: 10 volunteers

Sunday, November 7th: 7:30- 9:30, 8:30-10:30, 9:30-11:30, 10:30-12: 10 volunteers per shift

Sports Program Editor

Looking for a parent volunteer editor who knows brochures/programs & can put together the Fall-Winter-Spring sports programs next year (2010-2011):
1)  Obtain coach names, schedules, rosters from Athletic Director
2)  Format rosters
3)  Update prior program:
--pg 1 table of contents
--pg 2 coaches, BW info (supplied), BW President's message (supplied)
--pg 3 AD message (supplied), Principal message (supplied), special thanks section
--pg 4 BW contributions (supplied)
--pg 5 create advertisers page (advertising supplied - may need formatting)
--pg 6-7 format team schedules
4)  Collect Woody Hunt team photos & action photos (supplied by AD)
5)  Place ads throughout
6)  Add page numbers on sponsor 'thank you' page
7)  Last page BW application (supplied)
